Hi you! Do you ever have tendency to overeat Nut butters? I mean, when I do, I go WAY over the surving size and I feel like i'm packing pounds because of it :/

Hello! I do love nut butters except I’m more of a overeat fruit or dates kind of girl. There is nothing wrong with eating nut butters, if you enjoy it then you should eat it! As long as it is healthy, which is it, your body will love it! You are not your fat percentage amount, why restrict your life? Who cares about serving sizes? I for sure don’t. I understand moderation, but if you have more than 1 or 2 tbsp, and you still exercise 4-5x a week whether its only walking or if you go to a gym or dance class.. and eat everything else like veggies and fruits. You are STILL healthy. Thats all that matters and remember that, not your size or if you have abs. Feeding your self wholesome foods is what matters so your cells can do their job properly and you can enjoy your life! xx
